      Weekly paycheck Employee Discount All Black Dress code pretty easy to follow, while maintaining some sense of individuality

      Managers rarely on the same page about anything. Very frustrating to everyone. Lack of communication "Promote from within" appears to be nonexistent. Management positions always filled from outsiders. Dead end job for anyone under floor supervisor or management level. Management "hides" current job openings from staff....you won't know there is an opening until they hire someone from outside or happen to see someone come in to be interviewed by a store manager. No real rewards or recognition for those who work their tails off....except for an occasional free lunch to staff. Some of the managers have NO people skills and can be disrespectful and demeaning to grown adults. Raise for a good review was laughable...hard work gets you an extra $2 a day if that. WOW.
