Pros

The people on your team will be awesome, the work culture is very relaxed, and you get to build your own schedule. Great products to sell that most people know, so not a ton of hard selling. Unlimited PTO.

Cons

Distribution was awful for the last year I was there; bad situations made it very difficult to sell the products and keep customers happy. Sometimes it can feel lost with the current structure of the Market Manager role. Not much training is available to Market Managers to move to the next step and get promoted.

Worker Beware

Pros

The people who work here are great

Cons

The BOD is overbearing and discombobulated, and the CEO isn’t allowed to lead/manage. Everyone thinks PBR is “still cool” while the core beer consumer has walked away because it’s not. No money to fund anything, no strategy setting the course for the company.
