Mismanaged company

Pros

Iconic name, America, decent bonfire beer

Cons

Mismanaged company creating 4 lay offs in 2025 along with the "release" of the CFO (whoever that was), the CEO (Paul Chibe) and CSO. #1 problem was Pabst could not product product to keep the shelves stocked #2 problem moved from Miller Coors contract brewing PBR to City Brewing in Irwindale, CA and then 6 months later decided they were not producing and move to a deal with Budweiser. #3 Incompetency with Distributor Order Managers #4 Unlimited Vacation is fake and a way for companies to cut corners

Just weird

Pros

Free beer, awesome swag, other areas you can ethically take advantage of.

Cons

Use computer generated decision makers for promotions/layoffs. No humanity in this company whatsoever. Distributor you work with makes or breaks a lot - if the distributors salespeople are awful at their job, you will suffer.

Pros

Hybrid work schedule, friendly people, adequate training, beautiful office, tasty products.

Cons

Pabst signed a long term contract with Anheuser Busch who have their own people to do things. This caused layoffs in the operations department at Pabst.
