Pros

Used to be an employee based company where workers felt valued and appreciated. Management employees receive all the perks.

Cons

Recent acquisitions and policy changes have turned this company into a micro-managed, negative atmosphere. Employees are no longer valued or appreciated. Its all about profits and working you to death. There is favoritism for young employees who can be molded into what they now feel is important - profits. Many people have been recently fired who have worked there a long time.

Great entry level position to get your foot in the door with a lab and gain work experience. Coworkers are great.

Cons

Work load in unpredictable and the hours are long, especially if you are salary. People have the mind set of 'well if it does not benefit me, I will not do it'.
