Exposed to a variety of techniques. Coworkers are amazing.

Cons

Amazing coworkers and variety of techniques are the only pros. Employees are treated as commodities and not as human beings. Threats and intimidation are part of the management playbook. There is no feedback loop to upper management or corporate leadership. People who are good at their job are promoted to management regardless of their ability to manage or relate to people. Loyalty is the name of the game. If you are loyal, you will go far. Being honest will result in being labeled as having a poor attitude or not a team player. Change is a dirty word. If it bucks the status quo, it won’t happen. Low revenue is always laid at the feet of operations and not the sales team.
