Always hiring, good amount of sick time and pto, they will train you. It's a great place to get the experience needed for a higher paying job. After 6 months you can apply to work in different Pace positions/labs.

Cons

High turn around. Wages are lower. Limited overtime. Due to high turnaround you may get stuck on one type of test.
