Great for college kids, or people just looking to make some extra money. Fun when you get to know the kids and the families are great. Love that you get to interview 1 on 1 and have control over who your clients will be.

Cons

Takes a long time to get started with new clients at times. They say you can have as many clients as you want but very hard to get. Lack of communication from management.
