Pros

The benefit package and vacation time meet or exceed industry standards. The company is very family oriented allowing for time off as needed for loved ones. Coworkers are like family and they sponsor activities outside of work to support those relationships.

Cons

Limited upward mobility. Most of the middle management has been promoted within due to time of service rather than leadership abilities. As this is an older company, the attitude is often is "We've always done it that way."

Pros

This is a great company with many great perks. This company has a great CEO, Jim Morris is by far the best I've had the opportunity to work for.

Cons

The managment is not all the best or professional.

Pros

Fairly relaxed atmosphere, good pay. People are generally good to work with, not many Type-A, must-have-it-yesterday types.

Cons

Hard to move up, starting to care more about saving a buck than making employees happy. More and more people are unhappy with their jobs due to levels of work increasing but staffing staying the same or decreasing.
