Pros

Very nice coworkers. Job security is great. Office is nice.

Cons

IT for deskside support is laughably bad. I’ve got open tickets from when I first started working here that are unresolved. No one can figure out what it takes to get promoted. Management thinks creating checklists are the solution to everything. This is a place to work if all you want is a job, keep your head down and grind it out. If you are looking for a career or have any ambitions you are better off anywhere else.

This says something about the positive culture we have created. Pros

Great people, very good benefits, company looks out for its people, relatively relaxed and friendly atmosphere (depending on which area you are in). Very high on values, integrity and doing the right thing. Strong financials and a great vision for the future.

Cons

The culture is very averse to change, and management seems to have little trust of their people, they have to be deeply involved (i.e. micro-manage) on most decisions. Management can't seem to make decisions quickly, and when they do, they tend to go back and revisit those decisions.
