Pros

The company, as a whole, has great salary and benefits. Their culture (pre-pandemic) made all feel at home.

Cons

Post-pandemic the culture is shifting. Last three years the IT department has shifted to now being heavily outsourced. Long time, seasoned workers are gone and most FTE's and management are new.
