Pros

Great team camaraderie, remote work available, overtime pay available in certain departments/roles, opportunities to work cross-departmentally on projects, good benefits including wellness reimbursement

Cons

Micromanaging at times, very rare to receive a raise when asking for one other than annual merit raise, which is never “above expectations”, career growth can be stifled depending on current role or department, career paths in New Business (Life) are limited to basically just a management track or nothing else.
