Pros

Free coffee, garage parking, aksarben village location.

Cons

Supervisors play favorites. PL creates the illusion that they want you to succeed. But they will do everything in there power to delay your development. They are in dire need of ppl to answer the phone and work with ego drivin, rude, financial advisors. The job is call after call back to back(no pause between calls) for 8 hour reminding financial advisors on what sold to there clients.

Pros

Nice work and personal life balance.

Cons

Very political. You have to take the political game to get ahead. They promote based on how long you have been in the company, not based on personal or technical skills. Middle management doesn't know how to manage and makes thing a lot more difficult to get things done.
