Pros
I worked there from 2015-2020. My management was awesome. Hands off, but there if and when I needed them. Very supportive. Benefits there were great. (Single person basically was free. Family rates were still very good.) Great time off and accrues from the start. Good facilities and kept clean and modern. Training available to those who want it. When I went home, it was stress free 95% of the time. Very little overtime required, if any.
Cons
Pay was average (for me), but it was an entry level job. Occasional meetings that sometimes felt unnecessary, but what company doesn't have those? Some company politics but varied by department. Not something I felt directly. Advancement opportunities are there, but sometimes felt scarce. (This is, in part, because they have so many long tenured employees, which is actually a nod to the company.)
