Pros

OK, they're just going through a lot of transition and many long time employees are being laid off in restructuring.

Cons

Taking them a long time to work through restructuring plans.

Pros

The work environment within the Retirement Solutions Department was pleasant and supportive. I worked within the Quality department and had wonderful relations with my former coworkers. The work isn't overly challenging but still complex enough to keep you engaged.

Cons

While only being part of the quality department, the cross functional teams and departments often had misalignments on what the others were doing through the year. At times it felt like one team's priorities did not meet the other teams which would cause friction.
