Pros

Great culture, they really took care of their employees during the pandemic.

Cons

Compensation. I feel that they lowball you from the beginning and even when there is an internal transfer between roles, the pay does not reflect the promotion.

We’re glad to hear that you enjoy the culture here and recognize how much we care for our employees. We recommend speaking with your HR business partner or manager about any concerns you may have about your role.

Pros

Decent salary and bonuses, good career development classes, overall pretty good benefits.

Cons

Try not to work in new business or client services. If you end up there, make it an absolute goal to transfer out as quickly as you can. Much of the management and culture is unprofessional and toxic. In other areas and departments in the company, employees are treated with more professionalism and respect.
