      The hiring process is very structured. Every person I encountered in the hiring process was friendly and knowledgeable. I haven't encountered a company that places emphasis on the right things. It's usually all about the bottom line. This company actually makes the employees feel valued, and rewards employees when they do things that uphold the values. Very refreshing.

      Pros

      In this amazing family-run business, you enjoy a greater variety of roles, unrestricted by past qualifications or experience. As the business grows, there is a preference for stable and trusted employees. It is not surprising for a salesperson to become the Manager. You truly feel as if you are apart of one big family here. Our values as a company model my personal values and I am grateful to be apart of this companies journey.
