Pacific Mobile commits to their company values. Good team with everyone moving towards common company goals across many branch locations and provides many opportunities for advancement. Senior leadership/management listens to valued employee input from the ground up. Great communication Participates in improving communities through charity donations and allows their employees the opportunity to volunteer their time with charitable organizations of their choice.

Very streamlined interview/hiring process. Excellent support and attitude from the few I interacted with in corporate office.

Cons

Lack of training, no communication from supervisor, negative, unsupportive attitudes from branch peers, traumatizing termination practices.
