Pros

When it comes to our values and perks, we have everything you’d expect from a large company but ran by a brother and sister team who deeply value their employees. We also offer way more than the basics. Our values and additional rewarding programs are part of who we are, and they’re designed to take care of the whole you and keep you healthy, whether physically, emotionally, financially or socially. We'll reimburse you for classes or degree programs that help you with what you do. We’re constantly searching for unique ways to improve the health and happiness of our employees. And it doesn’t stop there--our hope is that, ultimately, you become a better person by working here. I believe in Pacific Mobile and truly value ownership, management, this industry, and what we do as top leaders in the Modular Building Industry!

Cons

The only con is our Medical insurance. As an employee our interests and needs evolve over our lifetime. Likewise, we'd like Pacific Mobile Structures to evaluate our benefits regularly and adapt them to the needs of our changing population. Our benefits need to be an open conversation and our feedback needs to be a part of the equation. If we are valuable to you, our benefits and perks need to be there to show it. They exist to make sure that we are well taken care of. My family matters to me, so they need to be important to you, too. We need to have a number of benefit programs and onsite amenities to support us and our loved ones through life’s various stages and situations. Hey, we’re family.

Thank you for your great review and comments about management continually listening to and adjusting our benefits to better fit our employee's changing needs and population. It is very important to Pacific Mobile that you and your family are taken care of and supported through situations. We will be coming around to get more feedback from employees about the changes they'd like to see and the areas they need more support and benefits. We are a family company who values our employees' families. We will stay connected, be responsive, provide the best customer (employee) experience, ensure the quality you value most.
