      Good pay, good people. Good work. I like what I do and who I do it with. Plus it's close to home.

      Pros

      Just about all construction trades are in use here. Everything from the tires and breaks to the roof. Do a lot of painting, drywall repair/replace and flooring tile/carpet. Overall I enjoy the wide variety work.

      Cons

      -Pay raise are based on score list and some of which you have no control of. A average pay raise is 3% of your current hourly pay. -The shop boss is hard to get along with and changes his mind by the minute. -There is a lot of hard work that will not be recognized.
