Pros

Pacific Mobile is truly a one of a kind place to work. They truly listen to feedback, accept constructive criticism, honor their commitments, celebrate success, and set the example for all other companies (modular or not). On a customer side they ensure the quality of their products, always provide the best customer service possible, they are accountable for their actions, and always seek to do what is in the best interest of their customer.

Cons

Advancement is always a possibility however the turn over rate is not very high (not really a con) so you have to be patient and wait for opportunities.

Small Company, Great benefits, quality staff to work with. fast pace. daily, weekly and monthly challenges. Excellent overall leadership of the company.

Cons

It can be difficult to move up in the company. I was stuck as a foreman and was consistently overlooked for manager positions i was qualified to maintain. Also, the pay for Southern California was low. They didn't adjust for cost of living well.
