      The company is full of intelligent and helpful people. No matter how much you think you know, you will always learn from others. Great business model, they promote from within, and the benefits/perks are spectacular!

      I enjoy what I am doing so much that it can be hard to "turn it off" at times.

      My voice is always heard and my opinion counts. Leadership from the top down cares how my daily duties are completed and wants to make my job efficient and enjoyable.

      Cons

      Operations managment is a bit archaic, too many Chefs in the Kitchen make decisions slow and disconnected.
