      Pros

      Good pay in smaller communities, opportunities for bonuses, family feeling among employees and community involvement. If you're willing to put in extra time you'll do well.

      Cons

      Often the demands and timelines are unreasonable. Not a great work-family life separation. Strong resistance to change and poor change management. Sales staff trumps everyone and complains a lot. High stress environment.

      The owners are extremely thoughtful, caring and generous. They believe in hiring within and providing opportunities for their employees. They share success and encourage feedback and constructive criticism. The value based culture is unique and inspiring. The best part…. I work for a company that has helped me develop my dream job.

      Pros

      The company culture truly is connected to their values. In this company, everyone has a voice. Senior leaders want to hear what employees have to say and use the input to take positive action. The company cares about the employees and truly loves to reward them. This results in a loyalty that is deep. It's a win-win. The inherent transparency and respect shown to individuals is greatly appreciated also. I love this company and its owners.

      Cons

      This is not the company for everyone. Expectations are high, challenges abound, and a solid training program is still in development. For strong performers who enjoy challenges and are driven, this environment will serve and reward them well.
