My office has cockroaches. The tech is essentially non existent which in turn puts a major strain on effectively trying to best manage your time on the MILLION requests that will hit your email on a daily basis. Everything needs to be manually worked around and massaged to accommodate for the lack of efficient systems in place because the organization is too cheap to invest in them. You’re also just human capital to them and nobody seems to give a rats a s s about the individual burning out and circumstances going on in someone’s life. Stay far away from this joker of an organization. I hope it burns in hell.
