Good stepping stone, easy work, higher then average pay for entry level employees, quick plant manager turnover, difficult to be fired from

Cons

Poor Work Life balance, under qualified managers, over worked supervisors, poor staffing, little to no discipline structure causes confusion, 12 hr rotating shift, mandatory OT because of lack of proper planning, favoritism
