401k matching is 6% plus 2% if you stay through the end of the year. Hours are flexible and not much overtime unless you're traveling, then it's a low of overtime.

Cons

Vacation policy starts at 2 weeks and doesn't go up to 3 weeks until 5 years. Vacation also does not roll over
