Cons

12 hour shifts on a rotating schedule ensures you never get a set sleeping schedule., You are in a factory, so when it's hot outside you can bet it's boiling inside.

Completely mismanaged, Rude and Dishonest Supervisors, Old overworked undermaintenanced equipment. Low pay, long hours and they divide the payperiod in a way in which to cut over time that is unethical probably illegal
