Management is not for hourly employee. . The Corporation is for profit not for people I have a tendency to play employees against employees lots of overtime whether or not you want it or not

stable job, allow employees room for advancement, holidays off, very helpful human resources personnel. never experienced any layoffs during my time working here.

Cons

last minute decisions calls for interuptions in personal life obligations. at times very physical jobs. no special treatment toward family time and church.
