      Pros

      Room for advancement is very good here. Pactiv is good for communicating what is happening within and the state of the company. They listen to employee suggestions and implement them where feasible.

      Cons

      Too many job responsibilities expected from personnel. Doesn't allow for proper focus on actual job title.
