Close to my house. Good 401k

Cons

Too political in house and a very corporate heavy influence on pay and added work. Pay raises are minimal. No incentive to do your best. Only talked to when doing bad.

Great benefits. 401k is matched up to 6%. 2 weeks vacation the first year. People are nice. They reimburse for shoes. You get quartly bonuses.

Cons

When working ot, you have to come in at 4am. The people in the office are a little disorganized. There is a decent turn around with temps.
