Pay could be worse I guess.

Cons

Health benefits are $$$$! Training for new people is garbage. No accountability. No real leadership. All of the little perks that once were are gone (Christmas bowling party, product giveaways & holiday gifts) They don't call it "firing people", or laying them off. It's now called "re-structuring" - so McGrath can get more profits to get his next Yaht. -_-
