      Pros

      I work with some good people who try to make the best out of every day. There is no fear of being bought out.

      Cons

      There is no money put into development and the few new projects take years to complete. The directors rule their departments by micro managing so morale and innovation are at an all time low.

      Great place to work fast pace hard work is rewarded in time , great benefits and bonus nice clean work environment

      Change in some of the management process and balance home and work are not the same some managers are over Bering and demanding do not lead by example
