      Pros

      Good people to work with. i worked with all levels and find operator, techs and some leaders dedicated and helpful. A lot of people have good ideas and a good work ethic.

      Cons

      Poor management with short term strategy and a dis trust of the people who do the work. Their strategy is on short term cost gains and with little respect for people. Poor management decisions make ti a hard place to work.

      Pros

      It got to the point that it was somewhere to go each day. Collect a paycheck each week. The medical benefits were good.

      Cons

      the standing joke among longtime employees is the "Productivity Program of the month" Management spends a fortune on programs only to lose interest before any gains are achieved.

      Great co workers and each day was different with the challenges of the work load we would have

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't have a clue about what goes on in distribution yet they eliminate positions and expect us to just absorb those loses without any interruptions to servicing customers
