      Pros

      Great pay, bonus structure ad pension. Loved the company vehicle. I made my own schedule and worked from home.

      Cons

      No clear path or plan. Always changing sales initiatives mid-stream. Too much administrative work which led to not enough selling time. Laid off after they were bought out.

      Pros

      Easy work, except for the summertime in the Texas heat. Get to work at your own pace with little supervision.

      Cons

      The pay starts out kind of low, plus the raises are minimal. Not a good place to make a career out of unless move up in the company rapidly.
