When I first began working at Pactiv, the environment was positive.

There were many pros when I first began working at Pactiv, however, once Reynolds acquired Pactiv, there were not many Pros to name.

Cons

Negative work environment, no incentives, many lay offs, tension, hard work is not recognized, all pros about working at the company were removed - the company was stripped and became a sterile place of work.

Great co workers...Great team leaders...grest benefits...work and home life was ok...

Cons

Management was not to well,always pushing lean operations...you can only go so lean then it starts hurting quality and production...what was a 3 man job became 1...but instead of slowing the process Down slightly...they actually raised the speed.
