Pros
Benefits package was good, 6% 401k Medical, dental. Worked with some good people. Compensation was enough to live paycheck to paycheck in an overpriced area.
Cons
The company is owned by an investment firm that makes money by way of selling companies, not running them. There are repeated layoffs to raise the market value of the company because of this. Poor planning for big projects, short sighted, jumping from one emergency to the next. Training and development is virtually non-existent.
