The pay is probably the only thing good about this company. But not all money is good money.

Cons

Leadership treats employees like slaves and mistreats them. Leaders from department managers and down do not communicate with team. Recruiters will hire anyone with a pulse with none to little experience on machines 40+ years old and expect it to run on a 24/7 schedule with no PM’s performed. It feels more like a plantation than a workplace.

No work life balance , 6 days a week working . No bonuses for employees but for management yes . Lousy management, Favoritism, harassment going on all the time .
