      Pros

      pay, depending on your position. It's not as hot as it used to be inside the plant. I don't know what else to tell you except it's not the worst place I've worked

      Cons

      Management and communication are almost non-existent. Can't get anything fixed when we need it. All the good maintenance crew quit left and the ones they brought in aren't very good at what they do.

      You will be miserable from day 1. Taking a job at Pactiv in Stockton, CA was the worst career move I've ever made in my life....ever!
