Pros

I loved the culture of the company and everybody just wants to help each other grow and a lot of learning opportunities.

Cons

I don’t really have it but I would prefer hybrid role instead of fully remote.

Toxic - Pulls you down and makes you question your decision to join them

- A lot of great people to work with - though they are leaving or being kicked out. - Opportunities to do good work and innovate exist - though they get squashed due to short term politics

Cons

- Work life balance is a challenge - expect to be penalized if you're not responsive - or sometimes if you are too responsive. - Leadership expect you to just say yes - no healthy debate though on paper they encourage it.

High level of independence and control Decent amount of learning and growth Very good WLB Various opportunities within this mid-size firm Very international, knowledgable and worldly colleagues No mass layoffs common in big tech companies

I am impressed but there really isn't any red flag.
