Pros

Clear leader in the market that's growing rapidly. Strong product and rapid development is outpace the competitors. Lots of room for internal promotion and career growth. Remote first work. People are collaborative and generally good to one another. Good comp and benefits. Transparent management.

Cons

Remote first culture is great but still figuring out how to mix in the recent addition of several regional offices. Still figuring out processes to match the recent growth of the company.

Pros

Culture is outstanding Product is compelling -- best in class People are amazing: talented, client-centric, kind, compassionate, smart Leadership is strong: caring and highly competent

Cons

Remote first isn't necessarily a con, but can be if you prefer to be in an office. Note that we now have hubs in 3 major US cities for those who prefer an in-person experience.

Don’t expect healthy work life balance

Pros

- Lots of great exposure to the industry - Good exposure to other teams - Regular company wide updates - Healthy benefits and perks - Definitely an industry lead and can provide nice clout on a resume - Tech is amazing and it’s great exposure for career - HR is really dedicated to correcting negative aspects of culture, but senior leadership needs to get on board

Cons

- Unlimited PTO is used and abused by some - Not great work life balance (especially if you’re a parent) - Lack of female leadership across teams and departments - Elements of “grind culture” which can be challenging when team members are stretched thin - Calendars booked, expect to be on calls all day - Clients are promised the world, when the working team is forced to work under high pressure to make up for it - Lack of onboarding (sink or swim)
