Great Pay and Benefits, Flexible PTO

Cons

Management constantly in flux due to MNAs and restructuring. Career path was derailed and they hired someone into my job, shifting my responsibilities from senior/lead (soon to be manager) into a mid-level engineer role. Micromanagers, whose experience not applicable to the department, making work difficult. Constant struggles getting work done due to toxic work culture.
