Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. Here at Pager, we believe a better consumer experience leads to better decisions, better outcomes, and healthier lives. In an effort to make sure that our entire team is focused on and aware of these goals we have bi-weekly All Hands meetings with our senior leadership. These interactive meetings provide an opportunity to hear about priorities, goals, and updates from our CEO as well as our Department Leaders.

Pros

Up and coming avant garde telemedicine organization that really, truly, gives a damn. These guys are the wave of the future. They take AWESOME care of their employees! Criticism is rare and always constructive, praise and encouragement are plentiful, and they have a full kitchen stocked with healthy drinks and snacks! Training is well put together, and the equipment is top notch. I HIGHLY recommend working here!!!

Cons

The one and only con is 8 hour shifts for medical staff. Most of us are used to 12s, and this means commuting 5 days a week.

Free healthcare. Medical was not discounted from my checks. Also, got to use our product/service free of charge which is nice.

Cons

Management, treats some people poorly. Not much diversity at the NY office. HIPPO problems
