      I’m grateful to do purpose-driven work with genuinely caring teammates and supportive leadership in a remote-friendly culture where I’m trusted to own outcomes, keep learning, and make a real difference. We have strong benefits and a healthy work–life balance that show the company truly invests in people. Did I mention it’s all about our team?

      Cons

      None from me! This fast, growth-stage pace energizes me and the high ownership is a great fit.

      Pros

      - Stable Company - Amazing People - Incredible Impact to patients - Responsible Financials - A lot of opportunity and work innovating with AI - Strong leadership - Fully Remote, ET/CT timezone work hours - Amazing work life balance - Very good balance between innovation and maintenance (70%/30%)

      Cons

      - A product that fits the market is present but scaling it is difficult, not the technical pieces but the features needed to get the product to scale, product organization was very convoluted in recent years BUT new leadership is very strong, still long way to get there - Finance is very conservative and responsible so do not expect typical startup perks - Good Customers but customer work sometimes drive too much the product roadmap, its an accepted trade off just makes scaling slower.

      Healthcare company with good potential

      Pros

      Great people. Fair pay. Interesting technology and good operational teams. Simple and catchy vision ('having a doctor in the family']

      Cons

      Trying to focus on too many projects at once and very opportunistic. Very difficult to explain how activities align with the vision. Unclear future in a very competitive healthcare domain.
