Pros

The support across teams The culture of kindness The way the company appreciates talents and shows empathy The HR support is awesome Leadership here is respectful, knowledgeable and kind. Peers are super lovely and supportive The workload is not over the top but moderate if you enjoy working hard and well. It's easy to align with the organizational goals because they are achievable. Day to day meetings help with communication and keeps us all in the know of what's happening.

Pros

As a manager, I get to recruit and maintain world-class talent with support to help them be the best they can be, without any negative impact on work-life balance or morale. My leaders have my back in everything I do and guide me toward excellence. The sky is the limit for growth potential, offering numerous ways to impact the organization and the product for the better.

Cons

Navigating the landscape between engineering management and product management can be difficult at times. There's a lot of opportunity to build great things but not always a good plan on how to prioritize those things or how to hand them over to the customer. There are no holiday bonuses and limited holiday celebrations. There are no recurring opportunities to grow your share of ownership in the company.
