Pager Health is a company dedicated to helping others with it's products and services, while at the same time helping employees to grow, develop, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

I have not yet experienced any significant cons while working for Pager Health. I have experienced positive growth in different fields within the organization and I have been allowed to work independently without feeling micro-managed.

Pros

People are cool (sometimes), and they don't do micromanagement

Cons

Management changed a lot of things and there was no clear vision on how to make the product profitable.

Pros

Working at Pager Health was a great experience overall. This team in particular was always delightful and supportive and management encouraged work-life balance. One of the standout aspects was the autonomy I was given. I was allowed to make decisions about my day-to-day activities and I was trusted to do a job well (no micromanaging here). The company was open to hiring people without direct experience in the field which I thought was really refreshing and I felt that the role's expectations were mostly reasonable.

Cons

Some other areas of the company have experienced layoffs on occasion, which can be stressful (however, they do try to retain and bring back performers when at all possible). Additionally, one should know that this role could be about 90% outbound calls to try to engage members in coaching or sharing services, and only 10% actual coaching, which may not appeal to everyone. While it was not a concern for me personally, some may find that there is limited room for advancement within this specific role.
