Pros

Working with talented, intelligent, driven, and extremely helpful people. Startup tech life at its finest: beer, whiskey, ping pong, dart gun wars, free lunch that taste great, useful/purposeful technology, thoughtful approach to solving real problems, not having to work long hours like most startups, fun & frequent company outings, and an open environment. CEO is easy to approach, will listen to anyone's comments, and is personable. Pay and benefits are hard to beat.

Cons

Ive been here for almost a half year and have been searching for something to dislike/improve. I felt at some point the "honeymoon period" would wear off. It still hasn't... The one thing that is sometimes hard to deal with but is consistent across any rapidly growing company is things are constantly changing, usually for the better. If you can't deal with change this isn't the place for you.

Pros

Really like working at PagerDuty. Great leadership team, and super engaged customers who love our product. Business is growing quickly. Great team, fun place to work with awesome work/life balance. Lots of potential to grow with the company as we build out more areas of the business.

Cons

Like any startup, we always have to discuss big topics like how we want to grow the business and how we can preserve culture with rapid team growth. Glad we have a leadership team that welcomes & drives these conversations throughout the company.

Pros

This is probably the most fun I've ever had at a job. I know of lot of Glassdoor reviews can be bogus, but if you make it out to the interview process, you will see what we are talking about. The company is doing really well. A great product that works and solves a business need. We have a great team that really collaborates and works well together. No politics or power struggles. Free catered lunches everyday is a nice perk.

Cons

Company is growing quickly and moving fast. Lot of work to do and some long days. If that doesn't sound fun, this isn't the place for you.
