Pros

- Outstanding culture that fosters a highly collaborative environment - Very friendly and super smart people (from Pathologists to AI scientists, to NASA Engineers) . The company is in very good and capable hands with a CEO who understands how to build out a tech startup the right way. - Amenities and benefits are top notch. - Company is doing cutting edge work with very interesting plans ahead! - Office space is beautiful, situated on Roosevelt Island in a brand new location with terrific views of NYC. - People here not only work well together but have fun together too. - Working hours are very accommodating.

Cons

None that I can think of quite honestly.

Pros

On top of the things that are mentioned in other reviews (i.e. the mission, technology, etc), I just wanted to highlight that what makes Paige great for me is its employees: everyone is really friendly and makes the day-to-day work experience great

Cons

My only perceived con is that people work hard! But this doesn't translate to a stressful or competitive work culture. All it means is that people are excited about what we're working on, and are willing to devote their time to it; there is no pressure to work beyond what's reasonable
