Pros
Working here so far has been a total pleasure. The company is at the cutting edge of AI/machine learning in healthcare. Being able to work with very smart and respected individuals in this field has been a great learning experience. Although it can be a fast-paced environment, the team is very dedicated to thoroughly vetting what we develop to ensure that our tech can make the most positive impact possible. The office space on Roosevelt Island is amazing. I'd never been to this island before working here, but it's such a nice oasis outside Manhattan and is very quick to get to. I take the F train to the island, but since I'm going out of Manhattan while everyone is commuting into Manhattan, the train is nearly empty and makes my commute a breeze. The culture is fun and collaborative with a good work-life balance for a startup. There is a good amount of individual freedom, along with responsibility. The benefits are pretty solid for a company of it's size and age too.
