Remote work is nice, products are good enough to get behind

Cons

- Management has changed every year - CEO is too hands on and won’t even call you by the correct name after months of knowing you - CRO and Head of Sales offer zero to no guidance when Executives face a challenge - Terrible onboarding process, good luck when you close a deal

Benefits are amazing, laid back culture, very work/life balance oriented. Allows you room to breathe - no micromanagement, and it is REMOTE! Also yearly bonuses are paid out.

Cons

Pay could be a little better.
