Before you apply you should Google " The city of Palmdale corruption" also see indeed reviews - The buildings are old, with very bad heating and cooling, the rain gets inside some offices and maintenance would keep "patching it " -Very Toxic culture even if you are applying for a low-rank job or higher-paying job, it's too much politics - There are few good people around but expect to get degraded by higher positions - Not for people of color, you will get lots of discrimination(in the long run ) - The city is known for Lots of lawsuits, gossip, and unfair treatment done by corrupt management. - In some positions, they have a hard time getting employees therefore they tend to hire anyone even if they are not qualified enough, this is why it's easy to get a job - No one will care about you if you look for help and will tell you " deal with it" or " suck it up" type of environment - if you ask for help it will affect you in a negative way in the long run
