Pros

Seasonal (summer obviously), flexible work schedule Lots of support Managers are outside with staff working in the heat, setting the example

Cons

Working in the hot summer sun, cleaning up after people, cleaning bathrooms, not enough pay for the work they expect out of you Obvious favoritism and preference of certain workers Leads need to be chosen more precisely
